When installing, first use the base as the foundation and set up a guide plate. When installing on the installation platform, the cut surface should be appropriately protected on the base, and attention should be paid to corrosion and other adverse phenomena. The foundation should be set evenly. Attention should be paid to the tight connection between the bearing and the fan base. The bearing must be modified until it meets the standard requirements before the rotating shaft and housing can be calibrated. In addition, when installing the casing of the tunnel axial flow fan, the staff must first install the standard parts, usually on the impeller shaft, determine the position of the lathe, then determine the axial distance between the impeller input and the body, decide whether to connect the bolts, adjust the axial spacing, and adjust the working efficiency of the tunnel jet fan. Reduce the air leakage rate and ventilation resistance by installing a row of water outlets at regular intervals on the air duct to discharge the accumulated water in the duct at any time. Conduct regular inspections, strengthen maintenance, and promptly repair any leaks found; Add a blocking device at the connection of the air ducts to wrap the joint of the two air ducts back, in order to minimize air leakage at the interface and reduce the leakage rate of the air ducts to 1.16% per hundred meters. The axial flow fan in the tunnel cannot stop running at will. A gasket must be used between the connecting parts of the high-pressure part of the fan, and the interface between the fan and the air duct must be tightly tied to avoid air leakage in the high-pressure part; Prepare a backup fan and replace it in the event of a malfunction within a short period of time.
